Publisher's Description:
Envisioneer Express - Envisioneer Express is the easiest to use residential design program available. This program was designed specifically to introduce clients to the simple creation of floor plans, 3D models, and interior design concepts. Envisioneer uses real world objects such as walls, doors, windows and stairs. These objects make creative design fast and easy, and can achieve instant 3D images with a simple point and click approach. Envisioneer Express can also be used to display and review professional designs created with many popular design programs on the market including: Cadsoft Envisioneer, HGTV Home Design and Remodeling, IMSI TurboFloor Plan, 3D Home Architect Series (versions 5-8), The Carey Bros 3D Deck and Landscape, IMAGINiT Builder 3D, The Home Depot 3D Home Designer, The Home Depot 3D Landscape Designer, CFM 3D Comfort Zone etc. List of Changes:Version 5.0.C2.662 from 2009-06-05Show all changesVersion 3.0 from 2006-05-29

I have been Using the 3d Home Architect Special Edition 6 and as It was outdated I wanted to update so downloaded Envisioneer, my previous projects with 3d will not load onto Envisioneer?, also the wall function on Envisioneer will not recognise a double brick cavity wall that 3d was able to include in the wall options, can you advise if it is available in the wall options, I am still developing an awareness of the scope of Envisioneer ?, its much the same as the old 3d & I find it easy to use

I(GREG-GTN) Must say , by testing and using this software really made a very huge diffrenece for me. I am planning on extending my house/Home, and was burdened with the high cost on getting an architect in, but i decided to do the DIY thing, and came across this sofftware ** ENVISONEER EXPRESS** , I guess the name alone says it all.. I have saved huge cost and savings , by just using this software alone, Trus me all out threre try this,Its worth It

I'm having a real problem uninstalling this software, as I'm switching computers and handing this one off clean.
Any suggestions on how to remove as the add/remove windows program doesn't work on it?

I have allready commented, but: I am a first time user and find the program very easy to start and use in general. I have used Envisioneer Express 5.0 (metric) for drawings plans/ sketched in connection with a rebuilding project for my own home. I prepared sketches for as-is and a couple af to-be incl. location of furnitures, cabinets, etc. I have not used the 3D features yet. The following would be nice features: * to be able to resize the objects from the catalogs * to be able to add free text i.e. explaining the purpose of the individual rooms. * Selectable enabling of autodisplay of measures per object (ie. a wall, a caninet, ...) Best Regards/ Niels

I downloaded the program in an attempt to find a program which would allow me to draw the outline of the lot where I live. I worked with the program for a little while, and when I decided that the program was not suited for what I wanted to do, I uninstalled it and then I deleted it. Thanks, Mick

It's good. But my purpose is to draw something about a restaurant, obviously the software cannot help in this regard.

I was looking to design patio (exterior) with flagstones. This software doesn't help. Is there any other software that does patio design?
Interior design features are awesome!

Yes, that is correct. However, I have not had much of a chance to work seriously with it. Off hand it looks straight forward and simple and easy to understand - If further comments are required, please give me a little more time

envisioneer express
The program is fairly simple to use and that was what I was looking for. Being a long time AutoCAD user and having worked with many programs, I simply wanted something that was fast and simple for drawing quick non-exact plans for me and my partners. Once drawn, it is difficult to modify your diagrams and that would be my only complaint. The pointer/edit feature doesn't do anything, on this version at least. I would like to see pocket doors and a larger variety of tubs and sinks as well. Overall, definetley worth the money!

Good but a couple of Problems
The program is great but every now and again it cuts out and the computer crashes which is irritating as you lose all your work. Also have difficulty in joining the 1st and 2nd floors together.
Keep up the good work
Phil
